DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes, we have a low minimum order of $150. I understand the challenge of carrying a lot of inventory, so why not make it easy for you to try out the candles with your customers.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay by credit card through our invoicing at time of purchase.

DO YOU HAVE A QUICK WAY TO PLACES RE-ORDERS?
Simply select quick order from the wholesale website 

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABEL CANDLES?
No at this time 


WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
All our candles are hand poured, the majority to order. Throughout most of the year, I can ship your order within 3-5 days depending on your selection and inventory. In the fall when it's especially busy, more time is needed. If you have a dire need please let me know and I'll do my best.

For body products my turnaround time is the same. These are made to order to ensure freshness and longevity of the products. 

 I ship by UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified. Transit time to East Coast destinations is typically 2-3 days, Midwest 3-5 days, West Coast 5-7 days, and Alaska, Hawaii and Canada 7-9 days. Larger orders go by UPS Freight or your choice of carrier, and international orders are sent by best option available.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS WRONG OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
I don't use a 3rd party fulfillment service... we pack every candle ourselves to ensure accuracy and prevent damages, so it's rare there is a problem. That said, mistakes sometimes can happen. If something isn't right, just call and we'll fix it right away.
