At Creations From The Heart , the goal is to make our products not only versatile and functional, but to also be safe for you and your families.

I grew up watching my mother sew such items for her loved ones, including myself. The care, thought, and love she put forth showed in everything that she did. From this, I learned to put the same kind of love into my creations as well and sharing them with others has given me great happiness.
Reminiscing of how thrilled everyone was when they got their gifts caused me to want to spread that same excitement to others. The opportunity came with the birth of my first child, when I started experimenting and creating for my son due to lack of boyish items . My passion ignited full force when my friends and family started having children as well. The smile of your loved ones face when they see a unique, one of a kind gift is priceless.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I will accept a Request for cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

For exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Soaps or lotions opened
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If we make a mistake on your item, we will exchange it with the same item that was ordered, or issue a refund. ( please note we will ask you for pictures when these cases do arise )

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a none deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

Damages must be reported to me within 3 days of delivery of item

My Order is wrong?

if you receive your items and your order is incorrect please let me know asap. If it was a mistake on my part I will replace your item.
If I make the item in the order that was left in the notes to seller I can not replace.

Item says delivered but I did not receive?

Once your items are finished and shipped and in the USPS or UPS hands, we do not have control over misdelivered items. You will need to contact your local post office.

Will I get a tracking number when order is shipped?

Yes, when your items ship you will receive an email with tracking info

How long till my items ships?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Normally we try to ship within 3 to 12 days. Please allow up to 7 business days to ship although that may not always be the case. We like to have our items out in a timely manner
